Returns

Please choose your crystals carefully as returns for refund or exchange are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind. All sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless it has been deemed by Crystal Nation to have a major fault.

Please remember that our crystals are carved by hand therefore they will never be completely perfect. The shapes are often cut in a way to show off the crystals crystalline structure, therefore they will not always have a perfect symmetry.

Stones are natural minerals and whilst they may come from the same mine they are each unique in pattern as well as inclusions. These are natural products and therefore crystals may contain tiny fissures and pits. You can also expect to find beautiful inclusions and markings on your crystal. This is what makes each of them unique and yours. No two stones will ever be exactly the same, so enjoy your one-of-a-kind piece.

We inspect every item carefully before preparing them to be sent to you. We do our very best to ensure that each item is carefully packaged to avoid breakage. Accidents do however sometimes happen. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days at info@crystalnation.com.au with your order number and we will work out the best solution for you. Requests for refund, exchange or store credit must be accompanied with photographic evidence.

Returns for refund or exchange are at the sole discretion of Crystal Nation. We reserve the right to issue a store credit.

If we agree to issue a refund, exchange or store credit the item will need to be returned to Crystal Nation at your expense unless we agree there is a major fault in the item. The refund, exchange or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the returned item. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method originally used on your order.

No refunds will be issued for Gift Vouchers OR Perfectly Imperfect Sale Pieces. Please ensure you read the product description carefully.
