Free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $120. All shipping includes a tracking number.

Standard Shipping = $14
Express Shipping = $25

OVER $120
Standard Shipping = FREE SHIPPING
Express Shipping = $18

Other shipping information

We endeavor to pack and dispatch your order within two business days of receiving payment. Once your order has left our HQ, Crystal Nation accepts no responsibility for shipping delays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. Estimated shipping times apply as per Australia Post or our nominated couriers’ timeframes. 

Crystal Nation accepts no responsibility for any delay or damage to your package caused by the third-party shipping company. We recommend contacting the shipping company directly to discuss any issues or concerns with them directly. Whilst we accept no responsibility once your package has been dispatched, we will however do our best to assist you in finding a solution if any issues do arise.

Please check all your order details carefully as your package will be delivered to the address you have provided at checkout. Crystal Nation accepts no responsibility for any package lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to the incorrect information provided on your order form.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
